We founded Campswell Associates in 2008  to address the technology needs of the camping industry.   Unlike other IT support

companies who do a good job of keeping your systems up and running, our job is to make sure that all the systems and software you have in place comprise the right, most cost-effective solution for your camp.  Just as architects and designers provide plans and renderings to contractors, we analyze your procedures and communicate with your IT professionals to create an effective technology environment that works for you.  While we are familiar with the camp-specific software packages on the market, we are independent service providers, and can help you choose  what's best for you.

Steven Eisen is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Campswell Associates.   He is a former Business Manager of Camp Ramah in the Berkshires and became a camping professional after a 20-year information technology career with Bell Laboratories and AT&T.  During this time, Steve was in charge of computer security for Bell Labs and CIO of AT&T’s Government Markets business unit.

 

Susan S. Eisen is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Campswell Associates.  She is a systems engineer with over two decades of experience in customer requirements analysis, customer training, technical documentation, software quality assurance, and customer service system design.
